WHAT IS BOILERHOUSE?

Boilerhouse is an award-winning Scottish touring theatre company dedicated to the creation of unique and spectacular performance events.

Our aim is to enthral and excite audiences, and we perform in a variety of dramatically unusual indoor and outdoor locations, from clubs to car parks.

Our productions tell contemporary stories through an electrifying mix of live performance, physical action, music and film... stories to ignite the imagination.

Founded in 1992 by Artistic Director Paul Pinson, the company enjoys collaborating with a broad range of artists - ranging from famous novelists to aerialists, composers and pyro-technicians - to bring new elements to our work. Our shows can be seen on tours throughout the UK and further afield.
